Use an at-home steam facial machine or boil a small pot of water and pace your face over the steam with towel over your head. Allow the steam to loosen and expand your clogged pores for 4-6 minutes.
Sanitize the extractor in some isopropyl alcohol for 1 minute. Make sure to keep the process sanitary to avoid worsening your skin.
Place the extractor loop over the blackhead and gently press down and the blackhead will pop out through the loop. Then roll the loop over the emerging substance to remove it completely and wipe the area clean with a paper towel. Re-sterilize the extractor and repeat until you’ve removed all blackheads.
You can also opt to visit a spa for a professional facial, where an esthetician can extract your blackheads and provide skin solutions tailored to your skin care needs.
Always be sure to drink plenty of water, which helps flush out toxins from the skin, and eat a well-balanced diet, rich in fruit and vegetables and low in processed foods.
