Banana Face Mask
If you want your skin to feel moisturized and soften, then break out the bananas. You can use a mashed up banana alone, or mix it with ¼ cup Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey. Apply the mashed up banana or banana/yogurt/honey mixture to your face and let sit for about 20 minutes before rinsing off with cold water.
Oatmeal Face Mask
Oatmeal is another popular ingredient you can use to create a homemade mask. Mix ½ cup of hot water with 1/3 cup of oatmeal until it is well combined. Next, add 2 tablespoons of honey and plain yogurt, along with 1 egg white. Mix the ingredients completely before applying to your face. Let the mask sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Mayonnaise Face Mask
For a very simple mask, break out the mayo. Using regular mayonnaise, spread an even layer all over your face and let sit for about 20 minutes. Then wipe off the mayo before rinsing your face with cold water.
This mask recipe is great for fighting redness, dryness and may even help reduce eczema. Simply mash 3tsp. ripe avocado with 1-2 tsp. honey. Then apply the mask to your clean face and sit back and relax for 20 minutes before rinsing.
