Excessive sweating can be embarrassing and uncomfortable. Consider trying out these natural remedies to help improve your confidence and reduce your sweating.

One of the best ways to reduce excessive sweating is by wearing clothing that isn’t too clingy or heavy. Looks for more breathable fabrics, such as cotton, or items that are designed to wick away moisture. You can also use underarm liners to absorb the sweat and keep your clothes from being ruined. Avoiding spicy foods and reducing your alcohol and caffeine intake will also keep you from sweating too much.

In addition to making better fabric and food choices, you can also use apple cider vinegar to lessen your excessive sweating. Dip a cotton ball in the vinegar and use it as a natural deodorant. Then apply a mixture of cornstarch and baking soda under your arms and let it sit for half an hour before rinsing with water. The combination of all three ingredients will help reduce odor and moisture.

Raw potatoes and witch hazel may also help reduce excessive sweating. Cut up a potato into slices and then rub them under your arms. To use witch hazel, steep some in warm water, and let cool before applying the mixture to your sweatiest body parts.
