Another drink that will help your tummy troubles is apple cider vinegar and honey mixed with warm water. Add a tablespoon each of vinegar and honey to a cup of warm water and drink. If you are feeling a little blocked up, you can drink some prune or cherry juice. This will help get everything moving again.
