Question: Is botox safe?
Botox injections are considered safe, as long as a trained physician administers them. Like any prescription medication, botox does have some side effects, including pain or bruising at the site of injection, headaches and drooping eyelids or eyebrows, In rare cases, some people reported problems with swallowing, speaking or breathing occurring after injection. This is rare, but can occur hours or weeks after the injection. Botox is not recommended for women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant.
