Using a single stroke or several small strokes, begin drawing a line on the upper middle part of your lid as close to your lash line as possible. A thinner line will create a subtle cat eye, while a thicker line creates a more dramatic look.
Next, continue drawing the line, starting from the inner corner of your lid. Connect this line to the first line you drew.
Next it is time to create the winged line of the cat eye. To accomplish this, draw a line outwards from the very end of your upper lash line. You can use your lower lashes as guide, so that the line looks like an extension of your lower lashes.
Finally, you need to create the triangle part of the cat eye. To do this, you can either draw a line from the first winged line back towards the middle to end of your upper lashes, depending on how thick you want your cat eye to look. Or, you can draw a line from the middle or end of your upper lashes to the winged line. Then color in the triangle until it is completely filled. Finish off the look with a few coats of mascara.
