Question: How to remove makeup?
Makeup removal doesn’t have to be complicated, especially when you have the right cleansers for your face and your eyes. Start by choosing a cleanser and eye makeup remover that is designed for your skin type. If you have dry skin opt for cleansing oil or a hydrating foaming gel. If you have oily skin, choose a cleanser that is oil-free and won’t clog pores. Make sure to choose an eye makeup remover that is gentle, yet will effectively remove your mascara, especially if it is waterproof. To properly remove all your makeup, be sure to cleanse your face from the top of the hairline to just below you jaw line. For lipstick apply a little petrolatum jelly to your lips, and gently rub and blot it in with a tissue. Any remaining mascara or eyeliner residue can be carefully removed with moistened q-tip. Once your face is completely clean and dry, apply your facial moisturizer of choice.
